개인정보처리방침

ShedTab(이하 "서비스")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 로그인할 때(Google 계정): 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진 주소, 계정 고유 번호
• 서비스를 이용할 때(로그인한 경우): 올린 악보 파일, 곡 이름, 마디별 연습 기록과 연습 시간, 목표·화면 설정, 합주실 정보(합주실 이름, 합주일, 멤버, 파트)
• 결제할 때: 구독 상태, 다음 결제일, 주문·고객 번호. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 결제 대행사인 Lemon Squeezy가 직접 처리하며 서비스는 받지 않습니다.
• 자동으로 수집되는 정보: 방문 페이지, 기능 사용 기록(어떤 기능을 눌렀는지 등), 브라우저·기기 종류, 접속 국가(IP 주소로 추정)
• 열리지 않는 악보: 문제를 고치기 위해 해당 파일과 오류 내용, 브라우저 정보를 보관합니다. 파일 이름은 보관하지 않습니다.

로그인하지 않으면 악보와 연습 기록은 이용자의 브라우저 안에만 저장되며 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 로그인과 계정 관리, 여러 기기 사이의 악보·기록 동기화
• 합주실 멤버에게 셋리스트와 연습 진도 보여 주기
• Pro 구독 확인과 결제 관련 안내
• 서비스 개선(어떤 기능이 쓰이는지, 어떤 파일이 열리지 않는지 파악)
• 문의 응대

광고 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 기간

• 계정 정보와 이용 기록은 탈퇴할 때까지 보관하며, 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
• 사용 분석 기록은 수집 후 최대 1년간 보관합니다.
• 다만 결제 기록 등 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다(예: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 대금 결제 기록 5년). 결제 기록은 Lemon Squeezy가 보관합니다.

4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기고 있으며, 각 업체의 서버는 국외(주로 미국)에 있습니다. 정보는 서비스 이용 중 인터넷으로 전송됩니다.

• Supabase, Inc. (미국) — 로그인, 데이터베이스, 악보 파일 저장 / 탈퇴 시까지
• Vercel Inc. (미국) — 웹사이트 호스팅, 접속 기록 / 업체 정책에 따른 기간
• PostHog, Inc. (미국) — 사용 분석 / 최대 1년
• Lemon Squeezy, LLC (미국) — 결제 처리(판매 대행) / 법령에 따른 기간
• Google LLC (미국) — Google 계정 로그인

5. 다른 이용자에게 보이는 정보

합주실에 들어가면 그 합주실 멤버에게 이름, 프로필 사진, 파트, 셋리스트 곡의 연습 진도와 연습 시간이 보입니다. 그 밖의 정보는 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

• 언제든 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 계정 메뉴의 탈퇴하기로 계정과 저장된 정보를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 메일로 요청해도 됩니다.
• 사용 분석을 원하지 않으면 브라우저의 추적 차단 기능을 사용하거나 문의처로 알려 주십시오.

7. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소

서비스는 로그인 상태, 화면 설정, 오프라인 악보 보관을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage, IndexedDB)를 사용하고, 첫 화면 언어를 정하기 위해 접속 국가를 담은 쿠키를 하루 동안 저장합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 지울 수 있으며, 지우면 로그인하지 않은 상태의 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 데이터베이스는 본인(또는 같은 합주실 멤버)만 해당 정보를 읽을 수 있도록 접근을 제한합니다. 결제 비밀값 등 중요한 정보는 별도로 보호합니다.

9. 만 14세 미만

만 14세 미만 아동은 보호자의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다. 보호자 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.

11. 방침 변경

이 방침을 변경할 때는 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

This policy explains what personal information ShedTab (the "Service") collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. What we collect

• When you sign in (Google account): email address, name, profile picture URL and account ID
• When you use the Service while signed in: tab files you upload, song titles, per-bar practice history and practice time, goals and display settings, and rehearsal room details (room name, date, members, parts)
• When you pay: subscription status, next billing date, and order and customer IDs. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy; we never receive them.
• Automatically: pages visited, feature usage (which features you use), browser and device type, and country (estimated from your IP address)
• Files that fail to open: the file, the error details and browser information, kept so we can fix the problem. File names are not kept.

If you don't sign in, your tabs and practice history stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

2. Why we use it

• Sign-in, account management and syncing tabs and history across your devices
• Showing setlists and practice progress to members of your rehearsal rooms
• Checking your Pro subscription and billing notices
• Improving the Service (which features are used, which files fail to open)
• Answering your questions

We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it.

3. How long we keep it

• Account information and history are kept until you delete your account, then deleted without delay.
• Usage analytics are kept for up to one year.
• Information we must keep by law, such as payment records, is kept for the required period. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Service providers and international transfer

We use the following providers to run the Service. Their servers are located outside Korea (mainly in the United States), and data is transferred over the internet as you use the Service.

• Supabase, Inc. (US): sign-in, database and tab file storage, until account deletion
• Vercel Inc. (US): website hosting and access logs, per their policy
• PostHog, Inc. (US): usage analytics, up to one year
• Lemon Squeezy, LLC (US): payment processing as Merchant of Record, as required by law
• Google LLC (US): Google sign-in

5. What other users can see

When you join a rehearsal room, its members can see your name, profile picture, part, and your practice progress and time on setlist songs. Nothing else is shown to other users.

6. Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, at any time.
• Use Delete account in the account menu to delete your account and stored data yourself, or email us.
• If you don't want usage analytics, use your browser's tracking protection or let us know.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) for your sign-in, settings and offline tabs, and a one-day cookie with your country to pick the first display language. You can clear them in your browser settings; history saved while signed out may be lost.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and database access is restricted so only you (or members of the same rehearsal room) can read your information. Sensitive values such as payment secrets are protected separately.

9. Children

Children under 14 should use the Service with a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn we collected information without such consent, we will delete it.
