이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 ShedTab(https://shedtab.eitri.space, 이하 "서비스")을 이용할 때 운영자와 이용자 사이의 권리, 의무, 책임을 정합니다.

2. 서비스 내용

• 연습: Guitar Pro·MusicXML·PDF 악보를 열어 재생하고, 속도를 바꾸고, 구간을 반복하고, 진도를 기록합니다.
• 악보함: 연 악보와 연습 기록을 저장합니다. 로그인하면 다른 기기에서도 이어서 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 합주실: 셋리스트 악보를 멤버와 공유하고 멤버별 연습 진도를 함께 봅니다.
• 작곡실: 타브 악보를 쓰고 고쳐서 .gp 파일로 저장합니다.

서비스는 계속 개선 중이므로 기능이 바뀌거나 추가·종료될 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.

3. 계정

• 로그인하지 않아도 연습 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 악보와 기록은 현재 사용하는 브라우저 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 로그인은 Google 계정으로 합니다. 계정을 안전하게 관리할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 만 14세 미만은 보호자의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다.

4. 요금제와 결제

• 무료: 연습 기능, 악보함 20곡(합주실 셋리스트 곡은 포함하지 않습니다), 초대받은 합주실 참여.
• Pro: 합주실 만들기, 작곡실, 악보함 곡 수 제한 없음. 월 구독이며 가격은 요금 안내와 결제 화면에 표시된 금액(현재 월 9,900원, 해외 US$7.99)입니다. 세금 포함 여부와 최종 금액은 결제 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 결제는 Lemon Squeezy(Lemon Squeezy, LLC)가 판매 대행자(Merchant of Record)로 처리합니다. 카드 정보는 Lemon Squeezy가 받아 처리하며, 서비스는 카드 번호를 보관하지 않습니다. 결제에는 Lemon Squeezy의 약관도 함께 적용됩니다.
• 구독은 해지하기 전까지 매달 같은 날 자동으로 갱신·결제됩니다.
• 계정 메뉴의 Pro 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하더라도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 가격을 인상할 때는 적용 30일 전에 알리며, 다음 갱신부터 적용합니다.
• 베타 기간에는 Pro 기능을 무료로 제공할 수 있습니다. 베타가 끝나더라도 이용자가 직접 결제하기 전에는 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
• 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

5. 이용자가 올린 악보

• 이용자가 올리거나 만든 악보의 권리는 이용자(또는 원래 권리자)에게 있습니다. 서비스는 그 권리를 갖지 않습니다.
• 이용자는 자신이 이용할 권리가 있는 악보만 올려야 합니다. 다른 사람의 저작물을 무단으로 올리거나 공유하여 생기는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 서비스는 악보를 저장하고, 기기 사이에 동기화하고, 이용자가 선택한 합주실 멤버에게 보여 주는 등 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 다룹니다. 공개하거나 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 열리지 않는 파일은 문제를 고치기 위해 파일과 오류 내용을 비공개로 보관할 수 있습니다(파일 이름은 보관하지 않습니다).
• 권리 침해 신고를 받거나 법을 위반하는 내용이 확인되면 해당 악보를 삭제하거나 공유를 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 금지 행위

• 다른 사람의 계정을 사용하거나 개인정보를 무단으로 수집하는 행위
• 저작권 등 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 악보를 배포하는 행위
• 서비스를 무단으로 수집(크롤링)하거나, 고의로 과부하를 주거나, 보안을 우회하는 행위
• 결제 수단을 부정하게 사용하는 행위
• 그 밖에 법을 위반하는 행위

이러한 행위가 확인되면 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.

7. 서비스 중단

점검, 장애, 외부 서비스(호스팅·로그인·결제) 문제로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 완전히 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알리고, 그동안 악보를 내려받을 수 있도록 합니다. 남은 Pro 기간은 일할 계산하여 환불합니다.

8. 책임의 범위

• 서비스는 연습을 돕는 도구이며, 악보 해석이나 재생 결과가 원곡과 완전히 같다고 보장하지 않습니다.
• 중요한 악보 파일은 원본을 따로 보관하시기 바랍니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 로그인하지 않은 상태의 기록은 사라질 수 있습니다.
• 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법이 허용하지 않는 범위까지 책임을 제한하지는 않습니다.

9. 탈퇴

이용자는 언제든 계정 메뉴의 탈퇴하기로 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 계정과 저장된 악보·기록은 바로 삭제됩니다. 아래 문의처로 요청해도 됩니다. Pro 구독 중이라면 먼저 구독을 해지해야 합니다. 내가 만든 합주실은 함께 삭제되고, 다른 합주실에 올린 셋리스트 곡도 빠집니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관을 변경할 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 서비스 안에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으면 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

11. 준거법과 분쟁

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ShedTab (https://shedtab.eitri.space, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

2. The Service

• Practice: open Guitar Pro, MusicXML and PDF tabs, play them back, change speed, loop sections and track progress.
• Library: keep your tabs and practice history. Sign in to continue on other devices.
• Rehearsal rooms: share a setlist with band members and see everyone's progress.
• Studio: write and edit tabs and save them as .gp files.

The Service is actively developed, so features may change, be added or be retired. We will tell you in advance about major changes that work against you.

3. Accounts

• You can practice without signing in. Your tabs and history then stay only in your current browser.
• Sign-in uses your Google account. You are responsible for keeping it secure.
• If you are under 14, please use the Service with a parent's or guardian's consent.

4. Plans and billing

• Free: practice tools, 20 songs in your library (rehearsal setlist songs don't count), and joining rehearsal rooms you are invited to.
• Pro: creating rehearsal rooms, the Studio and unlimited songs. Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing section and at checkout (currently US$7.99, or ₩9,900 in Korea). Taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles your card details; we never store card numbers. Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to your purchase.
• Your subscription renews and is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Manage Pro in the account menu. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We will give you 30 days' notice before a price increase, which applies from your next renewal.
• During the beta, Pro features may be open for free. You will never be charged unless you subscribe yourself.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your tabs

• You (or the original rights holder) keep all rights to the tabs you upload or create. We claim no ownership.
• Only upload tabs you have the right to use. You are responsible for anything you upload or share without permission.
• We handle your tabs only as needed to run the Service: storing them, syncing them across your devices and showing them to rehearsal members you choose. We do not publish them or use them for anything else.
• Files that fail to open may be kept privately, with the error details, so we can fix the problem (file names are not kept).
• We may remove a tab or stop it being shared if we receive a rights complaint or find that it breaks the law.

6. Prohibited use

• Using someone else's account or collecting personal data without permission
• Distributing tabs that infringe copyright or other rights
• Scraping the Service, deliberately overloading it or getting around its security
• Fraudulent use of payment methods
• Anything else that breaks the law

We may limit or suspend accounts that do these things.

7. Interruptions

The Service may pause for maintenance, outages or problems with hosting, sign-in or payment providers. If we shut the Service down for good, we will give 30 days' notice, let you download your tabs, and refund any unused Pro time on a pro-rata basis.

8. Liability

• The Service is a practice tool. We do not guarantee that tab rendering or playback exactly matches the original recording.
• Please keep your own copies of important tab files. Clearing browser data can erase history saved while signed out.
• Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

9. Deleting your account

You can leave at any time with Delete account in the account menu; your account and its stored tabs and history are deleted right away. You can also email us. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first. Rehearsal rooms you created are deleted too, and songs you added to other rooms are removed.

10. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes on this page and in the Service 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that work against you). If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
