환불 정책

해지

• 계정 메뉴의 Pro 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
• 해지하면 다음 결제가 이루어지지 않으며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 플랜으로 돌아가도 악보와 연습 기록은 삭제되지 않습니다. 악보함이 20곡을 넘으면 새 곡만 추가할 수 없습니다.

환불하는 경우

• 첫 결제 후 7일 이내: 사유와 관계없이 전액 환불합니다.
• 갱신 결제 후 7일 이내: 그동안 Pro 기능(합주실 만들기, 작곡실 등)을 이용하지 않았다면 전액 환불합니다.
• 중복 결제나 잘못된 결제: 기간과 관계없이 전액 환불합니다.
• 서비스 문제로 Pro를 이용하지 못한 경우: 이용하지 못한 기간만큼 환불하거나 이용 기간을 연장합니다.

환불하지 않는 경우

• 위 기간이 지난 결제는 환불하지 않습니다. 남은 기간을 일할 계산한 부분 환불도 하지 않습니다. 대신 해지하면 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 약관 위반으로 이용이 제한된 경우에는 환불하지 않을 수 있습니다.

요청 방법

1. 결제할 때 받은 Lemon Squeezy 영수증 메일에 회신하거나, 아래 이메일로 요청해 주십시오.
2. 결제한 이메일 주소와 주문 번호(영수증에 있습니다)를 함께 적어 주십시오.
3. 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 답변드립니다. 환불이 승인되면 결제를 처리한 Lemon Squeezy가 원래 결제 수단으로 환불합니다. 카드사에 따라 실제 반영까지 5–10영업일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

환불하면 구독도 함께 해지되며 Pro 이용이 종료됩니다.

이 정책은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법에서 정한 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Refund Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Manage Pro in the account menu.
• After you cancel you won't be charged again, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Going back to the free plan doesn't delete your tabs or practice history. If your library has more than 20 songs, you just can't add new ones.

When we refund

• Within 7 days of your first payment: full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 7 days of a renewal: full refund if you haven't used Pro features (creating rehearsal rooms, the Studio and so on) since the renewal.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges: full refund, whenever you notice.
• When a problem on our side kept you from using Pro: a refund or extension for the time you lost.

When we don't

• Payments outside the windows above are not refunded, and we don't give pro-rated partial refunds. Cancel instead and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• We may decline refunds for accounts restricted for breaking the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

1. Reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt email you got at checkout, or email us at the address below.
2. Include the email address you paid with and your order number (it's on the receipt).
3. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

A refund also cancels your subscription and ends Pro.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
